  • Booked a Zumba class along with 2 other friends last Friday 25th March but class was cancelled without informing us. It was a studio in Bukit Merah. A real waste of time for us as we each made time off from family and children.

  • Hi! Please cancel my kfit membership ASAP. I haven’t been able to avail of anything from Kfit since the sessions limit and suddenly the partners within my location decreased, leaving me with few options. Kindly advise once this is done. Thank you!

  • Hi,

    I signed up upon receiving an email invitation with a promo code. Didnt realise that it has to be done within 3 days and I was 1-2 days late.

    Reached out to Kift immediately to rectify this situation when I realised the promo code didn’t work( on the same day I signed up) . But I was denied a refund despite not having utilised any of the classes and ignored by your staff despite trying to follow-up.
