Drinking water or tea fills you up on zero calories, and it supports your digestive system. Soda and sugary drinks are empty calories. Empty calories will result in not only acne prone skin, but also weight gain overtime. High amounts of processed sugar in your diet result in acne formation. Say no to proceed food!

Sugar and fast food are enemies in diet for clear skin. Stay away from sugar filled food and fast food for clear skin. Processed foods are typically filled with high amounts of fat, sodium, sugar and calories. Proper diet filled with fresh foods provide you with good nutrients, aid in digestion and keep your skin good and healthy. Having a healthy balanced diet is an important part of diet for clear skin.
 

Incorporate foods that have properties to help improve the appearance of your skin.

 
Goji is rich in carotene, vitamin A, B1, B2, C and calcium and iron. It can increase the skin’s ability to absorb nutrients. It has anti-aging and anti-wrinkle capabilities. Red dates are filled with of Vitamin A, B1, B2, protein, calcium, and iron. They help to replenish blood and resulting in beautiful glowing clear skin. Goji is great to incorporate in diet for clear skin. 
White wood ear mushroom are filled with protein, 16 types of amino acids, vitamin B complex, calcium, and collagen. They can effectively nourish the skin, which will result in clear skin. They also have a healing effect on an uneven tone skin and help to improve freckles and dark spots. Chinese pearl barley is rich in protein and vitamin E which is great to incorporate in your diet for clear skin.  When you eat it regularly you will notice that your skin looks more radiant. It also helps to reduce acne, dark spots, and swelling.
